Custom Woodworking
One Project at a Time
Born in Nebraska….now creating in Sacramento, California
Leaf & Knot was started by me - Seth. It was an outlet to create and grow. To not remain still.
I love the contrast between modern designs and nature. Now living in Sacramento, CA I can expand on my passion for handcrafted wood products and plants.
Barrel Liquor Cabinets

I use French style double doors that open opposite directions. Some previous photos may depict a single door.
My standard method is the French style doors. If you would like a different configuration, send me and email/message before ordering. -
The standard option is the lazy susan bottom shelf (that means in spins in a circle). You don’t need to reach all the way back into the barrel, you can just adjust the shelf to spin the bottles to you.
The middle shelf is fixed in-place and typically fits medium sized bottles and most glassware/bar utensils.
If you would like a different configuration - reach out to me via this website or Facebook. -
I use two LED light bars. They are magnetic and rechargeable. They don’t change colors, but they are adjustable for brightness from “daylight” to “soft” evening glows.
Set of three signs that say Relax - Unwind - Get Naked on individual pieces of wood. Each sign has rounded edges.
There is no vinyl decals - a reverse stencil is used and then removed once the white paint is applied. The white paint is slightly sanded away to create a weathered look.
A hanging hook is attached to the back with a rubber bumper to keep the signs hanging even with the wall and not at an angle.

Modern Shelves from Jute or Cotton Rope
Started in Nebraska, now made in California.
Some of the items I make are one off creations. Others have several different styles and colors.
This is my “after my real job - side gig job”. It’s much more rewarding to create things rather than sit on the couch.
This website has been updated and accidently configured incorrectly in that transition. Photos may not look correct. Text is probably missing. Images may seem out of place.
It’s a recovery work in progress as I photograph everything again, update inventory, rework website assets and reconfigure a new website with new web tools.
Feel free to reach out in the meantime. Everything should be working, even if it looks clunky at the moment.
